Recommended Tools

My favourite tools

I use these tools every day for my personal and business projects, to organise and automate my work, build websites, do finances, invest and more.

Apps I Can't Live Without

Notion
Productivity

My main productivity app. I use it for everything - to plan and manage my tasks and projects, as a knowledge base, even as a CRM. Flexible tool which you can set up based on your needs.

Google Calendar
Productivity

Online calendar is the center of my planning and my day. I plan and track my time, my days; I even use it for quick notes or to dos. What is not in my calendar, doesn't exist.

Google Sheets
Productivity

I like tracking information and performing calculations, to then display them in tables and visual dashboards. I useGoogle Sheets for budgets, financial tracking, and even for some simple databases.

Other Apps I Use

Figma
Productivity

Even though originally a design tool for UI designs, I now use it to make whiteboards, flow charts, presentations and designing visual media like printed PDFs (like my CV), social media posts, and more. It has a great community and many templates and plugins.

Trello

Confluence
Productivity

Collaborative knowledge base and documentation tool, from the authors of Jira. Use it to track processes, project documentation, guides, internal policies etc.

My favourite AI-powered coding platform. It takes a more planned approach as you can first define your project and all features, and then it generates the code for you, helping you save time when iterating your project.

My main code editor. It is a powerful and flexible code editor, with many extensions and plugins to customize it to your needs.
