I’m Marek Le Xuan.

I’m a problem solver, innovator and essentialist.

A project manager, leader and educator.

I’m an organizer and coordinator at heart. I like order, everything planned, recorded and documented. No gaps and no blind spots. No surprises.

But I’m also a designer and experimentator. I design a hypothesis, a draft, an idea, and then test it, get some experience, get some data, and iterate. Rinse and repeat until I get the desired result.

I love creating, building and crafting things. Doesn’t matter if it’s building teams and businesses, programming digital products, or taking apart my broken electronics and fixing it. Or hobbies I picked up, like photography or leathercrafting.

Through my platforms I would like to share my knowledge and experience about project and product management, productivity. I am also very passionate about life design and personal betterment, so be on a lookout for those topics as well.
