With nearly a 10 years of experience as a project manager, I specialize in managing IT and software development projects. I have delivered a wide range of projects - ERP and CRM systems, e-commerce and industrial solutions, and web and mobile applications, using a mix of waterfall and agile methodologies. Holding certifications in PRINCE2 and Scrum, I use a structured yet flexible approach to managing timelines, budgets, scope, and stakeholder expectations.
I am a technical manager, a self-taught web designer and developer, building websites in WordPress and native HTML+CSS. with expertise in SEO and performance. I’m also very passionate about productivity, team development and continuous improvement. I am an experienced people manager, mentoring and training others, and I’ve lead several teams, including a dedicated Training and Development team.
Throughout my career I have been part of several start-ups and scale-ups, digital agencies, and freelancing. I thrive in a dynamic and growing environment, where I have freedom to adapt my approach to suit the project and the client. Yet I like order, everything planned and documented. No surprises.
